The night of June 15, 2016 will be a night that will forever be remembered in the history of NBP-Pro and the entire Blood Bowl universe as two Blood Bowl giants DaltMc and Stimee went toe to toe on the pitch. It was an away game for #Swole that pitted them against Strong Bad's Awesome Team the commissioner's Chaos Squad. It was a hard fought battle by both teams that brought adrenaline pumping action to the very end. The game began with Stimee's team winning the coin toss and electing the receive the ball. It was a rather short kick that landed just on the line of scrimmage and allowed the chaos team to bash and cage from the very first turn. Needless to say that the squad of rowdy frat Dwarves put up a huge fight and made it tough for the Chaos team to score. A tussle quickly ensued at midfield between several players. Many pushes and knockdowns eventually led to Homestar Runner popping free and streaking down the field. After many hits from both squads Homestar Runner scored a touchdown with 3 turns left in the first half. The Dwarves attempted to setup a passing play of sorts with their 3 turns but would not come to fruition.
The second half would open up with a deep kick to #Swole runner Abroham Lincoln who would quickly cage up after picking up the ball. The Dwarf squad started getting physical near the line of scrimmage looking to break open a path for their dwarf cage. The Chaos squad would approach hard and fast to the Dwarf cage, looking to shut it down in their own end. The Chaos attack would not prevail and the Dwarves would make good ground rather quickly. The Dwarves would continue to march their cage down the field after a costly mistake by coach Stimee, he sent his beastman into a rather precarious situation that resulted in him being tripped by a #Swole player even after a reroll. The Chaos team would continue to attack hard and without remorse at they struggled to knock the ball free from the dwarves. They had whittled the cage away from ball carrier Abroham Lincoln and he was left with few supporting pieces but only one chaos player was able to get a tackle-zone onto the ball carrier and he was quickly disposed of. With the beastman off of the ball carrier he was free to run into the endzone, but not without a risky situation of two GFIs. With his favorable position dissolved and a reroll or two on his side coach DaltMc had no choice but to send Abroham Lincoln into the unknown. The first step was nerve racking, the home crowd had grown silent as they hoped and prayed that their 1 -0 lead would not be diminished by the stumpy player. It was a success! The crowd booed as he successfully made his step to the goal line but were quickly silent again as they anticipated a stumble in the endzone from the ball carrier. And stumble he did, the crowd erupted as it looked as though he had fallen, fumbled, and cost his team the game. After further inspection from the goblin referee, consulting the Cabalvision replay cameras, and a reroll by coach DaltMc, it was shown that Abroham had held onto the ball for the touchdown knotting the game up at one score each as the crowd erupted. Boos, trash, and possibly even entrails rained onto the field from the home team who were not very happy about the draw. The away team fans comprised of mostly drunken frat and sorority Dwarves cheered their boys on as a draw was a favorable outcome for them in this game. There were still three turns to be played though and the dwarves would need a rock-solid defense against the very capable Strong Bad's Awesome Team. At this point though their star offensive player Homestar Runner had been surfed and injured and injury that would sit him out for the rest of this game as well as for the next. The Chaos team put up a great fight even missing two offensive threats and had a big opportunity to score in the very last turn of the game. The frat Dwarves of #Swole would prove too much in the end and hold the door like Hodor to a 1 all draw.
